OUTCOME

SCOPE OF PROJECT
- Visual Branding
- Social Media Marketing
- Digital Advertisement
Developing the Strategy
Our team conducted a discussion with Mr. Giovanni Jay Fuentes, a real estate agent in Cebu, Philippines, to gain insights into the real estate business. Over a cup of coffee and two hours of conversation, we were able to understand how Mr. Fuentes sells properties, communicates with clients, and closes deals. After two days of research and planning, our team was able to develop different types of strategies to achieve our core objective of making a sale.
Design
Mr. Fuentes provided us with 2 social media accounts he had previously used to market properties – Cebu Future Home and Cebu Brilliant Houses.
“We will use 2 different types of visual branding to cater to both Class A and Class B property buyers in Cebu,” said the lead digital designer, Brent.
This notion led us to create two (2) different brand visuals for the project
High-Class Feels
The team quoted the “high-class feel” of the Cebu Brilliant House design to target CLASS A prospects.
Filipino-based feels
The design of Cebu Future Home embodies the typical feeling of Filipino hospitality, and we have created it in a way that allows it to resonate with families in Cebu.
Result
After finishing the visual brand design, we applied it on the two(2) social media accounts and started marketing the properties. Applied the strategy and with just P 5,000 budget for ads , we made 6 millions plus SALES in a months.
