CHALLENGE
MCIAGroup has been in business for almost 11 years, and has had a significant impact on the Filipino people. However, they have only utilized traditional marketing methods, and now want to modernize their approach with digital marketing. The question is, how can we achieve better results with digital marketing compared to what they have been doing so far?
APPROACH
We developed a digital marketing strategy to improve their organic audience reach and boost their digital presence across various platforms, including social media.
Additionally, we created an informative website to educate their audience about their services.

Strategy
We spoke with Mr. Roland Villaraso, the president of MCIAGroup Inc., about an exciting opportunity to expand their audience reach through digital marketing. He was interested and gathered his team for a discovery session. After understanding their business, our team came up with ideas to kickstart their digital journey.
Mr. Villaraso was curious about the opportunity and decided make us to lead the digital marketing initiative. One week later, we presented them with our proposed strategy.

Branding the Message
During the discovery session, we discovered that MCIAGroup’s service was exceptional and unmatched by its competitors. We suggested that we enhance its messaging to highlight its most attractive feature: being the most affordable memorial service provider in the Philippines, along with its other great benefits.
We proposed a rebranding strategy to Mr. Villaraso, where we suggested tweaking the design and messaging to better communicate the benefits of their service.

Visual Brand & Design
Our team came up with a visual brand aligned with the word “Life”. The leafy-coffin shape and circles convey a sense of vitality, combined with a range of green colors. We based the color scheme on the logo, which we left as is since Mr. Villaraso wanted to keep it unchanged.
Social Media
The team came up with a social media campaign to grow the business’s audience reach. We planned it quarterly, with different KPIs, as we believe it would gather much data on which we could focus our attention, such as growing the audience along with the sales.


Conversion-centered Web Design
The main project of MCIAGroup is to redesign their old website. The main objective of the website is to educate users about how the MCIA Memorial Plan can help ease their worries, and to create a user-friendly application form for non-member users who are curious.



Optimizing Conversion
The team designed a landing page for the target audience who want to apply for the memorial plan. The simple form provided an easy application process, resulting in higher conversion rates for visitors on this page.

Result
On the first month of the Social Media Marketing campaign, we gained almost 50 leads that wants to apply for the memorial plan!
